Terms and Conditions
1. Conditions to Advertise:
1.1. Pixel City Home will not advertise any products/services that are prohibited to sell to under 18s in the United Kingdom. This includes alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, weapons and pornography.
1.2. The linked to site must be valid. It must not contain anything of an offensive/pornographic nature, including adverts. It must be the site which was given to us when the advert was taken out. Hot-linking is not allowed. Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in your plot being removed.
2. Purchasing a Plot
2.1. Purchasing a plot means the plot will be displayed on the site for as long as the site is online. The plot will remain in the same position and will not be blocked.
2.2 Animated plots will be charged at the normal plot rate times the number of frames in the animation.
3. Renting a Plot
3.1. Rent is due on the first of every month, it must be paid before this date or the plot will be removed.
3.2 To qualify for free plot design rent must be more than 50 GBP in total (e.g. rent 10 GBP for 5 months).
3.3 If rent is not renewed and has totalled over 50 GBP the plot will be moved to a free area of the site and will be considered a free plot.
3.4 Animated plots will be charged at the normal plot rate times the number of frames in the animation.
4. Advertising on a Free Plot
4.1 Plot designs must comply with the Design Rules.
4.2 Plot designs must be up to the standard of the rest of the site, our judgement is final.
4.3 Free plots will remain in their free area, but may be moved or removed if deemed to not be of sufficient quality for that area of the site.
4.4 Free plots may not be animated. If they are previously rented plots then the first frame of the animation will be used.
5. Pixel City Home reserves the right to refuse any advert for any reason.
