Design Rules
There are a few rules that must be adhered to for free plots/landmarks/vehicle designs:
1. Pixel art must be isometric.
2. Pixel art must have a single black line around the edge and for most edges in side the design.
3. Pixel art must use the Pixel City Home colour scheme.
4. Pixel art must use the Pixel City Home lighting scheme (lightest on top, darkest on the right side).
5. Pixel art must be proportionate (use a pixel person as a guide).
6. Pixel art must represent something in a city.
